We can offer several models of Rewinding Lines, according to the  diameter of Reels and insulated cables to be processed.
 
All PS Rewinding lines can process  both round, as well as flat cables and can include some Control & Quality Instruments, such as, Spark Tester, Lump Detector and Laser Meter-Counter (pre-set lenght accuracy of ± 0,05%).

By including a Loading cell, that keeps a stable pull during all the winding up phases, it is possible to process also delicate cables (such as, Telephone cables, LAN cables, etc.).
 
PS Take Ups are also including a Device for wrapping up reels with stretch film.
The Operator presses a foot pedal, then the reel starts rotating slowly for being wrapped up by stretch film.
