Automatic Coiling Line for flexible multicore cables, having an outer diameter from 8mm up to 25mm and solid cables, having a minimum section of 5x10mm².

The horizontal accumulator allows a continuous working process, since the Pay Off does not stop down, at the end of each coiling cycle.
This system guarantees a production of 2,5 coils per minute, each having a length of 100 meters. In addition, it reduces the mechanical wear, since the Pay Off is not subject to any acceleration/deceleration ramp.
