The main specific feature of our Spooling Line (if compared with standard ones), is that it can produce
two different packaging solutions:
1-Single wrapped up and labelled spools
2-The wrapped up and labelled spools, are placed automatically inside boxes (2 spools in one box, or 4 spools in one box).
In both cases, an Automatic Pallet Unit places the final products on pallets and then an Automatic Pallet Wrapper, wraps them up with stretch film.
The Operator can select the desired packaging solution, by means of a selector.
This line is equipped with all the cable quality & control instruments, such as Spark tester, lump detector, as well as a Laser Meter-Counter (having an accuracy of ± 0, 05%).
In addition, this line includes a weighing device, which check each spool and box weight, before sending them to the Palletiser. In case of any weight discrepancy (according to the pre-set parameters), the “faulty” single spool/box with spools, are ejected automatically, without stopping production.
Line production: max. 4,5 spools/per minute, each one having a length of 100 meters, according to the cable size.
Range of cables:
-Insulated wires from 2 up to 6 mm. of diameter
-Min size of 0, 50 mm2
-Max size 6mm2
-Cables from 9 up to 19 AWG
Spool Technical Details:
-Flange diameter: max 250mm
-Overall flanges width: max 190mm
