Coiling Line, MOD. PS 350/8-3.
It is an extremely versatile Line, since it is possible to obtain two different types of packaging, by using a single Line:
-coils of cable wrapped up with thermoshrinking film
-coils of cable placed inside boxes
The Quality of each coil is checked by Spark Tester and Lump Detector; after that the product is labelled and weighed, before being conveyed to the Palletising unit.
A single palletizer is capable of palletising both the two above mentioned types of packaging.
Range of cables:
-cross section area from 0,50 up to 10 mm2 (for flexible cable)
-cross section area from 0,50 up to 6 mm2 for solid cable)

-Max outer coil diameter: 350 mm
-Min outer coil diameter: 150mm
